入排标准
入选标准
- •Subjects with open abdominal surgery
- •40 bpm < heart rate <130 bpm
- •90 mmhg < systolic arterial pressure < 200 mmhg
- •5 bpm < RR < 24 bpm
- •SpO2 > 90 %
- •Surgery under GA
- •Subjects with pre-operative ambulation - who are independent
- •Willingness to participate
- •Sufficient level of consciousness that allowed correct understanding and execution of commands
排除标准
- •Emergency open abdominal surgery
- •Any neurological or CVS conditions
- •Past history of pulmonary disease
- •Hemodynamic instability
- •Severe pain ( >8 on VAS)
