Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Subjects with open abdominal surgery
  • •40 bpm \< heart rate \<130 bpm
  • •90 mmhg \< systolic arterial pressure \< 200 mmhg
  • •5 bpm \< RR \< 24 bpm
  • •SpO2 \> 90 %
  • •Surgery under GA
  • •Subjects with pre\-operative ambulation \- who are independent
  • •Willingness to participate
  • •Sufficient level of consciousness that allowed correct understanding and execution of commands

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Emergency open abdominal surgery
  • •Any neurological or CVS conditions
  • •Past history of pulmonary disease
  • •Hemodynamic instability
  • •Severe pain ( \>8 on VAS)
