Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •TOF patients aged between 2\-10years.
- •b) Preoperative transthoracic echo suggestive of TOF with good PA anatomy
- •with no additional VSD.
Exclusion Criteria
- •a) Children below \<2yrs and \>10yrs.
- •b) Any other associated congenital cardiac defects.
- •c) Previous modified Blalock Taussig shunt surgery.
- •d) More than mild tricuspid, mitral, pulmonary, aortic regurgitation.
- •e) Redo surgery.
- •f) Patient refusal.
- •g) Contraindications for TEE probe placement.
- •h) Emergency surgery.
- •i) Post operative residual RVOT gradient \>30mm Hg.
