Inclusion Criteria
(a) having consent to participate in the study; (b) having work experience of at least six months; (c) not having experienced severe stress in the past month, such as the death of loved ones, divorce, or severe critical incidents; (d) having a bachelor's degree in nursing
Exclusion Criteria
the exclusion criteria were that they did not want to participate in the study for any reason and did not attend the workshop for more than two sessions
