Inclusion Criteria
Age: 18-70 years.
Underwent a PCI-procedure
Exclusion Criteria
Getting treatment for psychological complaints
Severe fysical co-morbidity.
Psychiatric co-morbidity.
Past or present brain-damage.
Inadequate knowledge of the Dutch language.
Acute infection in past two weeks.
Use of anti-inflammatory drugs.

Name Time Method <p>The main endpoints are: mood (positive and negative), feelings of anxiety and<br /><br>depression, stress, quality of life, heart rate (HR), heart rate variability<br /><br>(HRV), systolic and diastolic blood pressure (SBP and DBP), tumor necrosis<br /><br>factor (TNF- a), selective attention, executive cognitive function and working<br /><br>memory. The mediating variable that is examined is the degree of mindfulness<br /><br>(open, non-judgemental observation). </p><br>
