Inclusion Criteria
Elective surgery ;ASA class 1; Age between 2-8 years Exclusion criteria : ASA class 2 or higher ;Children using antihistaminic, anticonvulsive ,analgesic or sedative agents ;Children with nasopharyngeal disorder, upper respiratory tract infection ,epistaxis or allergic rhinitis.
