Inclusion Criteria
a)Potential brain-dead organ donor (Irreversible coma, Absent Brain stem reflexes with positive first apnea test) â?? following a catastrophic brain injury
Exclusion Criteria
a)Hypothermia
b)Severe Hemodynamic instability
c)Maxillo-facial trauma
d)Severe Metabolic Acidosis.
