Inclusion Criteria
- •patients willing to give consent for study
- •ASA category I, II, III patients
- •patients undergoing laparoscopic surgical procedures in general surgery, urosugery, gynecologic surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •patient refusal
- •patients with history/signs of head injury, convulsion or seizure activity, abdominal trauma, orbital trauma, single functioning eye, glaucoma, eye infections, neurological diseases like space occupying lesions.
- •patients with pre\-operative hemodynamic instability.
- •ASA category IV, V patients
