- •1\.All elective infraumblical surgeries
- •2\.ASA grade \- I, II
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient refusal.
- •2\.ASA grade â?? III OR Above
- •3\.Patients with complications like severe anaemia,
- •hypovolemia, septicaemia, shock, spinal column
- •abnormalities, previous spine surgery.
- •4\.Any contraindication to regional anaesthesia and
- •with a known history of allergy to local
- •anaesthetics / radioâ??opaque dye.
- •5\.Bleeding disorders or on anticoagulant therapy,
- •Congenital or acquired coagulation disorders.
