Inclusion Criteria

Natural children of Araraquara city / São Paulo / Brazil; Be between 6 and 14 years old; Have good systemic health; Have at least one molar and / or incisor affected with demarcated yellow or brown opacities of Molar Incisor Hipomineralization; Be in regular treatment in the Pediatric Clinic of Araraquara Dental School - FOAr / UNESP; Accept to participate in the study by child signing the assent term and guardian signing the Term of Consent Free and Clarified.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with other developmental defects or enamel changes; Patients who use fixed or mobile orthodontic appliances; Patients with demarcated opacities of Molar Incisor hipomineralization that present enamel fractures and / or caries lesions on affected teeth;

Any Enamel fractures measured by Weerhjeim and Mejàre criteria (Weerheijm, Duggal et al., 2003) being considered as an outcome the surface that can be classified in any of the categories (mild, moderate or severe fracture)

Maintenance or aggravation of the condition severity measured by Weerhjeim and Mejàre criteria (Weerheijm, Duggal et al., 2003) being considered as an outcome the surface classified by a more severe category of which classified in the initial evaluation<br><br><br>;Children's perception about dental aesthetics - Measured using the Child's Questionnaire About Teeth Appearance instrument (Martinez-Mier, Maupome et al., 2004) being considered any category of negative perception regarding dental aesthetics (score less than 5);The level of anxiety reflected by the emotional state of the child when receiving treatments - Measured by a facial image scale called Facial Image to assess chil dental anxiety (Buchanan, Niven. 2002) being considered as an outcome the choice for images of discomfort (images 4 or 5);Development of caries lesions Clinically measured by the International Caries Detection and Assessment System (ICDAS) being considered as an outcome the surface classification in a high score of 1
