Inclusion Criteria
All patients who underwent opening wedge high tibial osteotomy prior to total knee arthroplasty will be asked to participate in the index group. The control group will exist of patients who underwent primary total knee arthroplasty.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who underwent revision surgery of the total knee arthroplasty and patients with insufficient command of Dutch language would be excluded from this study.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method <p>The primary parameter will be the functional score. This will be measured with<br /><br>the KOOS.</p><br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method <p>The secondary parameter will be the difference in prevalence of complications<br /><br>(periprosthetic fracture, patella infera, infection, component loosening and<br /><br>re-operations) between the index and the control group. Besides that we compare<br /><br>the range of motion, duration of tourniquet time, blood loss and the need to do<br /><br>a release of the joint capsule. </p><br>
