- •2. ASA Grade I and II

- •1. Non consenting parents
- •2. Coagulopathy
- •3. Infection at site of puncture
- •4. Congenital anomaly of spine
- •5. Known allergy to drug used in study
- •6. Clinically important cardiac, renal, hepatic or neurological complications
