Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I \& II undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Uncontrolled blood pressure, DM
  • •Severe endocrine dysfunction
  • •Uncompensated cardiac valvular lesions, myocarditis, pronounced cardiac arrhythmia
  • •BMI \>35kg/m2
  • •Patients addicted to excessive use of alcohol, coal tar, tobacco and narcotic drugs
  • •And patients who refuse to participate in this study
