Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I \& II undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •Uncontrolled blood pressure, DM
- •Severe endocrine dysfunction
- •Uncompensated cardiac valvular lesions, myocarditis, pronounced cardiac arrhythmia
- •BMI \>35kg/m2
- •Patients addicted to excessive use of alcohol, coal tar, tobacco and narcotic drugs
- •And patients who refuse to participate in this study
