Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) American Society Of Anesthesiologists(ASA) grade I and II.
- •2\) Patients of either sex with age between 18 and 65 years.
- •3\) Patients undergoing lower abdominal surgeries under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients with any contraindication to regional anaesthesia like refusal for TAP block and inability to give consent and with local skin infection.
- •2\) BMI \>30 kg per metre sq.
- •3\) Patients with history of anaphylaxis to local anaesthetics.
- •4\) Patient with history of any renal,hepatic,pulmonary,cardiac,hematological,endocrine and neuromuscular disorders.
- •5\) Patients with history of chronic drug, analgesic or alcohol abuse.
- •6\) Patients with history of any psychological disorder.
- •7\) Consent refusal
