Inclusion Criteria
ASAgradeI and II patients.
Patients giving written informed consent
Patients who are scheduled to receive general anesthesia with orotracheal intubation.
Mallampatti grading I and II patients.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient not willing to participate in the study.
Age >70 or <18 years
Patients with cervical spine disease
History of bronchial asthma,COPD, airway hyperreactivity
History of allergy to local anesthetics
Pregnant patients
Difficult intubation
