ASA grade1 and 2
Forearm surgeries
Weight 40-60kgs will be included in the study
informed consent
Morbid obesity (BMI > 40 kg/m2)
patient with physical status of ASA III or greater
History of lung disease, cardiac disease,hepatic or renal impairment, neuromuscular disorder
History of chronic pain or psychiatric disorder
Drug or alcohol abuse
Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics
Patients with peripheral neuropathies and coagulation disorder
Patients with history of seizures
Patients with history of brachial plexus injury,clavicle fracture or chest or shoulder deformities on the operative side
Pregnant women
