Age more than or equal to 18 years.
Presence of atleast one periodontal intrabony defect that must involve an anterior or premolar tooth or mesial surface of molar tooth.
Defect must be associated with >5mm.
No prior history of any surgical procedures on the site to be treated.
Systemically healthy subjects.
Tooth is periodontically hopeless (i.e. mobility >2 or furcation >2)
Previous periodontal surgery within last 2 years in the area of interest.
Pregnant and lactating women
Habit of tobacco use (smoked and smokeless)
Systemic conditions which are contraindication for periodontal surgery.

Name Time Method Minimally invasive flap approach would be showing better or same clinical results in correcting clinical parameter (probing pocket depth & relative clinical attachment level) when compared to conventional flap approach.Timepoint: baseline, 1 week, 3 month and 6 month
