Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age more than or equal to 18 years.
- •Presence of atleast one periodontal intrabony defect that must involve an anterior or premolar tooth or mesial surface of molar tooth.
- •Defect must be associated with >5mm.
- •No prior history of any surgical procedures on the site to be treated.
- •Systemically healthy subjects.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Tooth is periodontically hopeless (i.e. mobility >2 or furcation >2)
- •Previous periodontal surgery within last 2 years in the area of interest.
- •Pregnant and lactating women
- •Habit of tobacco use (smoked and smokeless)
- •Systemic conditions which are contraindication for periodontal surgery.
