Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Subjects of age 25 â?? 50 years.
- •2\. Interproximal 2 or 3 wall intrabony defect in the posterior teeth with a probing depth of\>\=5mm.
- •3\. Subjects with radiographic evidence of intrabony defect \>\=3mm.
- •4\. Subjects willing to participate in the study.
- •5\. Subjects who are apparently healthy.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
- •2\. Any form of Tobacco use.
- •3\. Having habits like bruxism and night clenching.
- •4\. Allergic drug history .
- •5\. Subjects who underwent any form of periodontal therapy in the past 6 months
