1. Subjects of age 25 â?? 50 years.
2. Interproximal 2 or 3 wall intrabony defect in the posterior teeth with a probing depth of>=5mm.
3. Subjects with radiographic evidence of intrabony defect >=3mm.
4. Subjects willing to participate in the study.
5. Subjects who are apparently healthy.
1. Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
2. Any form of Tobacco use.
3. Having habits like bruxism and night clenching.
4. Allergic drug history .
5. Subjects who underwent any form of periodontal therapy in the past 6 months
