Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\-Ischemic stroke patients
- •\-Age 18 years or more
- •\-Have depressive symptoms (diagnosed with DSM\-IV\-TR)
- •\-No antidepressant taken
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Have other neurological diseases
- •\-Had depression prior to stroke
- •\-Had seizure, epilepsy or history of head trauma
- •\-Have pacemaker or metallic implant inside the brain
- •\-Inability to communicate
- •\-Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE) score less than 23
