Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •\-Ischemic stroke patients
  • •\-Age 18 years or more
  • •\-Have depressive symptoms (diagnosed with DSM\-IV\-TR)
  • •\-No antidepressant taken

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\-Have other neurological diseases
  • •\-Had depression prior to stroke
  • •\-Had seizure, epilepsy or history of head trauma
  • •\-Have pacemaker or metallic implant inside the brain
  • •\-Inability to communicate
  • •\-Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE) score less than 23
