Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •a) PD patients diagnosed with UKPD Brain bank criteria between age group of 45\-75 years with levodopa induced dyskinesia
- •b) PD patients with stable medication for at least 30 days
- •c) PD patients of both sexes with modified Hoen and Yahr stage\-2\.5\-4
- •d) HD patients with disabling chorea (Fahn and shoulson stage 2 to 4\) and non\-responsive to neuroleptics
Exclusion Criteria
- •a) Features of Atypical Parkinsonism
- •b) History of neurosurgery on brain
- •c) Family (1st degree relatives) history of epilepsy
- •d)History of psychiatric disorders (schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, other psychosis, claustrophobia; rapid\-cycling bipolar illness, alcohol/drug abuse) within the past year
