Inclusion Criteria
1. Diagnosed case of CKD( any patient of diagnosed CKD due to various etiology for last 3 month duration.)
2. Age 16-60yrs having confirm diagnosis of CKD
3. Sex-Either
4. Serum creatinine level- >1.8mg/dl-5.0mg/dl
Blood Urea- >50mg/dl-150mg/dl for last three months
5. study subject willing to participate in the research project
Exclusion Criteria
1. Hypertensive patient having diastolic B.P. greater than 100mm of Hg with antihypertensive medications.
2. K/C/O Renal artery stenosis
3. K/C/O Neoplasm of kidney
4. History of previous kidney transplant
5. K/C/O adult polycystic kidney disease
6. severe anemia
7. Uncontrolled arrhythmia or severe cardiac disease within the past 6 months
8. uncontrolled diabetes
