All gender participants aged between 18- 35 years13 diagnosed with TMJ dysfunction based on TMD/RCD criteria(Axis I).Participants with TMD related pain for the atleast 3 months and score between 3 to 6 on NPRS scale. Participants with forward head posture in association with TMJ dysfunction.

Participants presenting with a history of jaw surgery or orthognathic surgery. Participants undergoing other forms of treatment for TMD. (occlusal splints, pharmacological drugs). Participants with neurological or psychiatric disorder. (evaluated by axis II of RCD/TMD). Pregnancy

Mandibular function <br/ ><br>7. Impairment QuestionnaireTimepoint: Pre-assessment will be taken before first session and post intervention assessment will be taken after 2 weeks. Reassessment will be done after 1 month follow up.
