Iliotibial band syndrome (ITBS) is a common knee injury that usually presents with pain or tenderness on palpation of the lateral aspect of the knee, superior to the joint line and inferior to the lateral femoral epicondyle. Inclusion Criteria

Positive Ober’s Test
Both males and females
Age 25 to 45 years

Exclusion Criteria

TFL (Tensor Fascia Lata) tightness
Any pathological and traumatic conditions, Fractures and Dislocation
Already received few sessions of Manual Therapy treatment
Taking corticosteroids, analgesic or anti-inflammatory drugs.
Treatment of lower limb myofascial pain or trigger points at the time of the study
Current or previous symptoms of pathology reported in the lower limbs or pelvis
