Healthy adult volunteers; both genders; age between 18 and 35 years; weight within the variation limit of 15% of the weight considered normal for men and women, taking into account height and physical structure.
Volunteers with a history of alcohol or drug abuse; diagnoses of cardiac, renal, gastrointestinal, hepatic, pulmonary, neurological, psychiatric, hematological or metabolic disorders; with lesions of the central nervous system, established deformities of lower limbs; previous hamstring muscle injury in the assessed limb; inflammatory processes established in the segment. Be performing physiotherapeutic treatment in progress; in concomitant participation in competitions and; with flexibility that exceeds the limits of the evaluation apparatus.
