Inclusion Criteria
Preterm inborn neonates of 27 week 1day to 35week 6day of weight upto 2000gm
Exclusion Criteria
Patients on Ionotropes
Congenital heart disease
Patent ductus arteriosus with signs of low cardiac output, haemodynamic instability
Severe hypoxaemia despite oxygen therapy
Major congenital malformations
Inborn errors of metabolism
Genetic syndromes incompatible with life
