入选标准
- •Young adults of age 18 -25 years
- •Individuals with non-specific chronic low back pain, in whom the pain lasts > 12 weeks
- •Only individuals who fall under the low and medium risk categories in Keele STarT Back Screening Tool
- •Individuals with a numerical pain rating score of 3 or less than 3
- •Individuals should be able to read and understand English
排除标准
- •Contraindication for physical activity with supervision according to the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire
- •Individuals with body mass index >30
- •Individuals with no access to the internet
