Inclusion Criteria
no comorbid illness, posted for head & neck and limb surgeries under general endotracheal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Pts with uncontrolled coagulopathies, Allenâ??s test negative, known cardiovascular or respiratory disease and patients on mechanical ventilation prior to surgery, thoracic, abdominal and laparoscopic surgeries
