both genders; age between 18 and 65 years; physical status American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I to III; patients who will undergo elective surgeries under general anesthesia who do not require a dose of rocuronium maintenance
refusal to participate in the study; pregnancy or suspected pregnancy; presence of neuromuscular diseases, renal dysfunction (assessed by calculating the glomerular filtration rate) or hepatic (CHILD criteria); history or predictors of difficult airway; use of furosemide, aminoglycosides, aminophylin, azathioprine; cyclophosphamide, anti-inflammatory drugs and magnesium; allergy to the drugs used in the study; participants in other clinical studies.

Name Time Method Determine the TIE index value when the SQE value is 100%. It is expected to use the TIE index as a new monitor in anesthesia.<br><br>
