- •1\) GCS,\<8 2\) Non\-hyper tensive thalamic hemorrhage (aneurysmal or alteriovenous hemorrhage, postraumatic intracerebral hematomas, tumor bleeding, and bleeding tendencies caused by uremia or liver cirrhosis ) 3\) Hemorrhage include brain stem.
