- •1) GCS,<8 2) Non-hyper tensive thalamic hemorrhage (aneurysmal or alteriovenous hemorrhage, postraumatic intracerebral hematomas, tumor bleeding, and bleeding tendencies caused by uremia or liver cirrhosis ) 3) Hemorrhage include brain stem.
