Inclusion criteria for the study are:
(a) actively pursuing the nursing profession with direct patient contact; or
(b) no active exercise of a management function in a group which includes the group of persons referred to in (a) above (station manager, nursing staff)
and (for all mentioned groups), written consent, sufficient German language skills. The intervention should be explicitly offered to all caregivers in order to avoid stigmatisation. Screening with subsequent inclusion of a so-called high-risk group would lead to stigmatisation of these persons, which should be avoided.
Exclusion criteria are current incapacity for work or long-term incapacity for work, cognitive impairments, as well as serious physical and psychiatric illnesses or emotional stress, which do not allow participation in the study.
