Inclusion Criteria

ASA 1 to 111

Patients with intertrochanteric fracture/Shaft of femur fracture/neck of femur fracture.

Patient giving consent for Central neuraxial blockade.

Exclusion Criteria

Concomitant fractures

Patients with neurological diseases

Any contraindications to regional anaesthesia-patient refusal/local infection/coagulopathy

Patients with spinal abnormality

Known allergy to drugs.
