- •Patients with intertrochanteric fracture/Shaft of femur fracture/neck of femur fracture.
- •Patient giving consent for Central neuraxial blockade.
排除标准
- •Concomitant fractures
- •Patients with neurological diseases
- •Any contraindications to regional anaesthesia-patient refusal/local infection/coagulopathy
- •Patients with spinal abnormality
- •Known allergy to drugs.
