Patients undergoing surgeries in distal arm, forearm and hand, under
supraclavicular block
2. ASA class 1 and
3. Patients who are able to give their own consent
1. Patients with communication problems 2. Patients refusal 3. Patients receiving treatment for circulatory disturbances in the upper limbs,
diabetes mellitus, or hypertension and Peripheral vascular disease. 4. known sensitivity to local anesthetics, or skin infection at the site of needle
Insertion . 5. Upper Limb anomaly or absence of digits in upper limb
