- •patients who have hypertension and had been taking valsartan or telmisartan
排除标准
- •a. patients on emergency operation
- •b. patient with HF of New York Heart Association (NYHA) grade III or IV
- •c. patient with myocardial infarction or angina pectoris
- •d. patient with renal insufficiency
- •e. patients with allergy on propofol
- •f. patients showed preoperative immediate systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg
