As the investigateed Patients have this conditions according to the inclusion criteria, treatment will be given as clinical appropriate. Background thearpy will be given according the guidelines of the ESC over the study period.

·Men and women aged 18 years or older with symptomatic chronic heart failure proven by echocardiography or Tc-Szintigraphy ( EF <45%).
·Hypertension
·normal glucose tolerance Insulin , impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) or type two diabetes, according to the diagnostic criteria of the WHO
·written informed consent

·systemic cortison treatment
·patients who are on chronic or acute hemodialysis, ultra filtration or peritoneal dialysis
·patients who suffer from infection or malignant disease
·childbearing age or lack of anticonceptive treatment during the study period
