Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Young and middle aged adults between age group 18\-55 years
- •2\.Patients with mechanical back pain (Cervical, Thoracic or Lumbar region)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Contraindications to spinal mobilizations such as recent fractures, infections, metastasis, Spinal deformities, Cervical or thoracic pathology producing neurological symptoms in lower limbs.
- •2\. Individuals with severe disc prolapse causing neurological deficits.
- •3\. Individuals with vertebrao\-basilar insufficiency/ cervicogenic dizziness/vertigo/deafness
- •4\. Individuals undergone joint replacement surgeries (hip/knee)
- •5\. Individuals with grade 3,4 osteoarthritis of hip/knee
- •6\. Individuals with compromised higher mental functions.
