Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •A person diagnosed with Pfirmann grade 2 or higher intervertebral disc escape at L4/5 and L5/S1 levels in MRI diagnosis, based on Pfirmann's four grade categories
Exclusion Criteria
- •Those who underwent surgery, procedures, and manual therapy within 6 months, were treated with lower extremity vascular disease, bladder and urine disorders, infectious, metabolic, spinal disease, tumor, spinal stenosis, neurological disease, and long\-term osteoarthritis of the spinal cord
