- •- CCRm documentado histológicamente que no sea candidato para una resección quirúrgica.
- •- KRAS no mutado (determinado en tumor primario y/o metastásico)
- •- Enfermedad medible según los criterios RECIST 1.1.
- •- Estado funcional ECOG entre 0 y 2.

排除标准
- •Se excluirán del estudio los pacientes que hayan recibido un tratamiento sistémico previo para el CCRm o un tratamiento anti-EGFr, excepto quimioterapia adyuvante con fluoropirimidina administrada como mínimo 6 meses antes de la inclusión o con oxaliplatino como mínimo 12 meses antes de la inclusión.
- •También se excluirán los pacientes con metástasis en el sistema nervioso central o con enfermedad cardiovascular significativa. Los pacientes con una enfermedad cutánea crónica que requiera un tratamiento tópico o sistémico no son elegibles para este estudio.
