- 50
1) Age 19 to 65 years of age at initial screening interview
2) Delayed gastric emptying (<90%)on 4-hour gastric emptying scintigraphy test
3) Symptoms of gastroparesis such as nausea, vomiting, early satiety, abdominal distension or abdominal pain
4) Upper endoscopy without ulcers or mass lesions in the 1 year prior to enrollment
5) Success to give informed consent
1) gastric outlet, small bowel and large bowel obstruction
2) intestinal malrotation
3) inflammatory bowel disease
4) severe cardiopulmonary and hepatorenal disease
5) postsurgical gastroparesis, postviral gastroparesis, gastroparesis associated thyroid disease, autoimmune disease, neurologic disease and medication
6) pregnancy and breast feeding
7) bedridden patient
8) any other condition, which in the opinio of the investigator would impede compliance or hinder completion of the study
