Patients belonging to American society of Anaesthesiologists physical status(ASA) I to III
Patients posted for elective PCNL surgeries under general anaesthesia
Patients who could understand and rate their pain on Numerical Rating scale(NRS)
Refusal by patients for the procedure
History of significant systemic disorders
Infection at block site
Thoracic wall and chest wall deformities
History of allergy to the test drug
Patients on chronic use of analgesics/opioid addiction
Patients wit morbid obesity
Patients with known bleeding disorders
