18 Years to 24 Years (—)

Inclusion Criteria

  • University students, male or female
  • Age 18 to 24 years
  • Good general health
  • Regular use of a tablet or digital device for writing at least 3 times per week for at least 6 months
  • No neurological or musculoskeletal disease affecting motor control
  • Right-handed

Exclusion Criteria

  • History of injury to the upper limb, neck, shoulder, or back within the past 6 months
  • Pain or discomfort in the neck, shoulder, or upper limb during the experiment
  • Use of analgesics, muscle relaxants, or drugs affecting the neuromuscular system within 24 hours before testing
