Inclusion Criteria

The infertile women who indicated for investigation hysterosalpingography were enrolled.

Exclusion Criteria

1) contraindications to Hyoscine or NSAID - known sensitivity to these drugs
2) known sensitivity to contrast media
3) abnormal uterine bleeding
4) genital tract infection 5) suspected pregnancy
