1) Patients whose Foley catheters are newly placed in the operating room and are planned to be kept for 6 hours or more.
2) Male patients
3) 20- to 75-year-old patients that have 14 Fr. or more sized Foley catheters.
4) American Society of Anesthesiologists class 1 or 2
5) patients from whom informed consents were obtained.
1) Neurogenic bladder
2) overactive bladder
3) those that are hyper-sensitive or contra-indicated to the study drug
4) those that have central nerveous system or renal disorder
5) those that have neurologic disease
