1) adults (19- 70 yr) of male patients who spontaneously complained
of CRBD, after operation
2) ASA physical status I and II
3) informed consent of male sex,
1) Neurogenic bladder
2) overactive bladder (frequency >3 times in the night or >8 times in 24 h)
3) allergic or contraindication to study drug, chronic analgesic abuse
4) disturbance of the central nervous system end stage renal disease
(urine output <500 ml per 24 h)
5) morbid obesity
6) end-stage renal disease (serum creatinine > 1.6 mg dl-1), hepatic disease
7)neurosychiatric disease
