入选标准
- •Female patients (20-39 years old group, 40-59 years old group, 60-75 years old group ) who correspond to ASA 1 and 2, weight <100 kg, and are scheduled to general anesthesia.
排除标准
- •Patients with BMI > 30 kg/m2 or < 20 kg/m2, patients with contraindications such as allergies to this study drug, patients with hearing impairment, etc., who are unable to respond to the researcher's verbal command, or patients with liver disease (bilirubin =3.0 mg/dl, or aspartate amino transferase/alanine aminotransferase = 2.5 x upper limits of normal), renal disease (creatine = 2 mg/dl), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, uncontrolled hypertension ( e.g. Patients with systolic BP =160 mmHg), diabetes (HbA1c = 9%), moderate to severe coronary artery disease, glaucoma, heart failure, or taking other medications that may affect the effectiveness of benzodiazepines despite taking blood pressure medications If present, a history of smoking (within the last 6 months).
