Inclusion Criteria

Over or equal to eighteen years. Residents in the municipality of Botucatu during the year. Interned for the specialties General Medical Clinic and Surgical Gastroenterology.

Exclusion Criteria

Children under eighteen. Residence outside the municipality of Botucatu. Patients of other specialties and hospital network.
