入选标准
- •typical symptoms of a chronic mesenteric ischemia (postprandial abdominal pain, weight loss)
- •70- 100% stenosis of superior mesenteric artery (angiographic or CT- diagnosis)
- •additional stenosis or occlusion of celiac artery (angiographic or CT- diagnosis)
排除标准
- •age under 18 years; pregnancy; Crohn`s disease; ulcerative colitis; history of resection of stomach, small bowel or pancreas; cholecystectomy within last 6 weeks; known vasculitis; NSAID consumtion (COX1- or COX2- inhibition) within last 24 hours (except Asprin < 300mg); renal insufficiency with GFR < 60ml/min/1,73m²; fasting blood glucose > 10mmol/l; galcactosemia.
