- •Having a full\-term pregnancy 42\-37 weeks
- •No hospitalization of the Neonate
- •Non\-participation in training courses
- •Not having a high\-risk pregnancy
- •Lack of psychiatric disease
- •Having overweight after giving birth
- •Having literacy
- •Smartphone access
