Inclusion Criteria

  • •Having a full\-term pregnancy 42\-37 weeks
  • •No hospitalization of the Neonate
  • •Non\-participation in training courses
  • •Not having a high\-risk pregnancy
  • •Lack of psychiatric disease
  • •Having overweight after giving birth
  • •Having literacy
  • •Smartphone access
