Inclusion Criteria

patients who have been treated for acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction via laser-assisted dacryocystorhinostomy in the university hospital of Cologne between 1.1.2013 and 1.3.2016.

Exclusion Criteria

intra-/ presaccal stenosis, neoplastic stenosis, congenital stenosis, dacryocystoceles, lid anomalies, traumatic stenosis, underlying rhinological disease
