Inclusion Criteria
1. All patients undergoing External DCR surgery.
2. All age group patients will be included
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient with history if trauma
2.Patient with history of canalicular pathology/ or nasal pathology/ or lacrimal fistula/tear
3.Patient with history of previously failed DCR.
4. Patient with history of keloid formation.

Name Time Method 1.To compare scar characteristics in different age groups according to type of incision. <br/ ><br>2.To know characteristics of scar formation with associated systemic diseases. <br/ ><br>3.To compare characteristics of scar according to their sex overall and type of incision used during surgery.Timepoint: 6 month
